Drivers
All of our licensed and trained drivers are courteous and will help you with your luggage and packages. We have GPS equipment in our vehicles to get you to your destination quickly by avoiding accidents and traffic jams. Additionally, you can request a Spanish-speaking taxi driver.
Service Extras
*We are now implementing a 5% fuel surcharge.
*We charge $10 extra for rush hour traffic between 3:00PM to 6:00PM for downtown Chicago and Midway Airport.
*Cancellation Procedure: Cancellation has to be minimum two hours before, otherwise full amount will be charged the credit card.
